The Event
September 30th, 2026 until October 5th, 2026 in Ayia Napa, Cyprus
We have events until 4th October.
Think of the 5th as a check-out day in a hotel, a leaving day.
You can stay for as long as you want. A lot of people are coming for a week. We have discounts with various attractions that you can take advantage of outside the event dates.
We have events and locations across the whole resort. Napa isn't very big and the furthest events are about only a mile or so away from each other. You wont need to travel more than 10 minutes for any event and most of it is walking distance, depending on your hotel.
A collection of special events with limited capacity. Add on to your weekender ticket and maximise your stay.
If you came to Napa in it's prime (we're talking 1997 - 2007), you'll know what we will be playing.
For those that are coming for the first time, expect events covering timeless UK Garage, R&B, Hip-Hop, Reggae, Dancehall and Soulful House
We have hand picked this line-up. Every single performer has a long history in the resort and made their debut in Napa over two decades ago. This is the most authentic representation of Ayia Napa's talent imaginable.
As long as you're over 18, everybody is welcome!
A few things. There are cabanas at the beach events, bottle service, tables in night clubs. We'll release these nearer the time.
Other than where specified (for example some of the Back2Napa Extras events), food is not provided at our events. We've teamed up our favourite local eatieries to bag you discounts.
Other than the events specified (for example champagne reception), you must purchase your own drinks.

General
Cyprus is hot in October. We expect highs of around 33 and lows of about 18. You may require some light covering in the evenings but this is summer time!
The chance of rain for our date is less than 2% so it would be highly unlikely to get any terrible weather for a prolonged period.
For our boat trip (Back2Napa Extras). If the seas are unusually choppy it will be at the discretion of the Captain to decide if we sail or not. They will only sail if the seas are calm so we all have a great and safe experience. If the boat can't sail we'll have a replacement event somewhere lovely.
Much closer to the event, in the summer.
Please make sure you have adequate travel insurance for your trip. Ayia Napa has several, high standard walk in clinics and doctors on call. Paralimni (about 8 minutes away) is the closest A&E
Cyprus has a zero tolerance policy on narcotics. Do not bring any banned items with you. We ask all customers to be respectful of the local laws and customs.

Tickets / Payments
Yes! You can secure your Back2Napa spot with a payment of £50. The balance will be split into equal payments across 4 months. You can see all of this clearly when you add all your tickets during checkout.
All ticket sales are final and can not be refunded.
You can, however, change the name on the ticket for an admin fee detailed below. You'll need to get in touch via email.
Name change fees:
Before 30/03/26 - £9.50
Before 30/08/26 - £29.50
Tickets can not be changed after August 30th 2026
We only have one club event available for individual purchase to people who don't have a weekend pass. Mainly aimed at locals that can't attend the whole weekend, the individual tickets will be available for that soon.
If there is any remaining availability, it will be on sale on the first day of the event at wristband pickup.
Yes, or you can combine all of them to save big!
No. 'Extras' are an add-on for Weekend Pass holders. Any Extras purchased that don't match the details of a Weekend Pass will be cancelled.
The best and easiest way to book Extras is while you are purchasing your Weekend Pass tickets. This way, you can also include them in your payment plan.
Please note: Extras are strictly limited and will be in high demand.

A valid photo ID (make sure the name on your e-ticket matches your ID)
Note: Extras events have seperate tickets to Weekend Passes
A driving licence (with photo) or passport. You'll only need ID to obtain your wristband.
If your card fails to be charged, you will receive an automatic email notification. We will then attempt to charge the card two more times, each one week apart. If all three attempts fail, the payment plan will be cancelled, and your booking will revert to manual payments within 24 hours of the third failed attempt. You will need to manually pay the remaining balance by logging in at www.back2napa.com/bookings.
Updating Payment Details
To update your payment details during the payment plan, go to www.back2napa.com/bookings and follow the "CHANGE CARD" link on your booking.
Failure to Complete Payment
If you fail to complete the full payment for your booking, your ticket will be voided, and you will not receive a refund for any prior payments.
All wristbands must be picked up by the customer and ID will be required.
For those with a Weekend Pass. You’ll get an email to the lead bookers email address with your tickets around three weeks before the event. You’ll need to fill in some info (arrival, depature time, dietary info) to release your tickets and barcodes.
That barcode will unlock your wristband so you can claim it when you arrive on 30th September

As you would at home. Everywhere takes cash / card / contactless. The currency in Cyprus is Euros
Upgrades, Reservations and Add-Ons
Yes, we have lots of things you can upgrade. From table reservations, drinks packages, sunbeds, cabanas and loads more.
These will be made available closer to the event. An email will go out to the lead booker's email address on how to purchase.
Only bookings and upgrades purchased through Back2Napa are valid for the event. This includes table reservations, sunbeds, drinks packages and all other reservations.
Any upgrades, add-ons, reservations, or bookings made directly with venues or with third parties are outside of our control and may not be honoured as part of the event package.
You have everything you need included in your Weekend Pass.
You don't need any upgrades to enter the events and have a great time. These add-ons and upgrades are for those that want to treat themselves or have a little luxury.
For example, if you don't book a premium sunbed at the beach, you can book a municipality sunbed and umbrella for €5, or just throw your towel on the beach for free.
Local Stuff
Not if you're coming from the UK. Cyprus uses the standard UK 3 pin plug.
Just like in the UK, on the left side, the correct side, obviously.
Greek is the main spoken language in Cyprus but EVERYONE speaks fluent English. A nice "Kalimera" (Good morning) or "Efharisto" (Thank you) goes a long way though.

Travel / Transport
Larnaca (LCA) is the closest airport to Ayia Napa. It's only a 25 minute drive from the resort.
You can also fly into Paphos / Pafos (PFO) which is a 90 minute journey. Different airlines fly different routes.
You have a few options:
- Taxi (about €70 from outside the airport)
- Hire a car (about €20 a day if you pre- book)
- Shuttle service - Google Kapnos Airport Shuttle
Napa is small and most events are walking distance. The furthest you'll need to travel is from central Napa (depending on your hotel) to Nissi Bay (5 minutes / €10 taxi)
Flights and Accommodation
No. But we have teamed up with some of the best hotels in Napa at a significantly discounted rate. Go to the accommodation page and see if there's something in there you fancy. Alternatively book your own.
As long as you book something in Ayia Napa itself, you wont be far from anything.
No. Please book your flights seperately.
Typically, it's thought that a sweet spot for booking flights is 90-60 days before you travel but this can be unpredictable. If you see a good deal, grab it.
